The store is a great store. They have great staff and lots of options to shop from. This store is kept very clean and looks very professional. This is one of the only stores I like to shop at for my pandora merchandise.

Kyleigh was extremely knowledgeable on the products that she had available. The store was busy, and she made sure to dedicate her time strictly to my husband and myself! She found me the most perfect angel to represent our 3 miscarriages. She was great!

Pickup in store process was easy. During the visit I purchased a few more items. I encountered a problem with my chosen payment method. The associate helping was very patient and I didn't feel rushed. Blair is awesome, she helped me put together and a couple necklaces. The jewelry looks so pretty. I have been out of the Pandora loop for a long while so it has been a nice experience working with Blair. I will make sure she is in the store before I stop in for another bracelet and ring.

Went to the Haywood store just to look with hopes of finding the perfect gift for a dear friend. Walked out absolutely in love with the gift. Donna was great and very helpful.

Nicole asked me as I walked into the store if I needed assistance. She had great knowledge of what was available, how to best display it on my bracelet. She even took the bracelet apart and re-arranged the beads to best show them off. She was very professional and friendly.

Customer service was extremely good, she helped me make a really cute charm bangle. She helped me very quickly and overall the experience was great.

Blair was very helpful in making my purchase an easy one. I was able to get my items in a timely manner. She has great customer service!
