I was overall satisfied because of the great customer service my sales associate Billy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all products. The store was very clean and organized. The staff members were all very nice. I enjoyed spending my money there based upon how pleasant everyone was and how they allowed you the time to look without rushing you. Questions about merchandise were answered promptly.

I purchased my first bracelet over year ago I went a week ago purchased a second one the heart I was having issues closing the bracelet. Frustrated. Sales associate. Was to small!! Blare at Haywood. Greenville. Sc. Was assumed. She help puck out another one that was easily gor me to handle with Charms nor falling off. That's. Blare very professional. And had patience with me

They were not pushy. Did not feel pressured.

My reasoning for being highly satisfied with my Pandora experience is because the merchant was very nice and helpful. She asked what I was looking for and helped me find an item that i purchased.

Each visit to Pandora has been a wonderful experience. The sales ladies are always friendly and they are very helpful with any questions you might have. Pandora gets hundred percent from me for satisfaction for the three years that I have shopped with them with there service and the quality of their charms and bracelets.
