Upon entering the store I am always greeted, if they are busy they let me know some one will be with me. Hannah is usually my csr she’s so nice!

There were a few charms that I wanted to see in the amount I wanted to spend that day. The salesperson was very patient in showing me the charms I wanted to see and also arranging my bracelet with the charm I purchased.
