I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by Emily. She was very patient with me in my selection of my bracelet. She took the time to show me several options of charms to add to my bracelet. It was closing time when I made my final selection and she didn't rush me at all.

Love the Me collection! My favorite color is the rose, they have the best quality in jewelry I can not wait to come back!

I walked right in with no wait. The sales associate was ready with a smile to assist me. I told her exactly what I wanted, she retrieved the items, I paid and was in my way.

My salesperson (Blair) was extremely helpful. She helped me select the perfect birthday gift for my girlfriend.

As I don’t have my receipt in front of me at the moment. I want to thank the associate that help me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the chants and brackets. She also picked out my charms by my expressions that I would make. All of them were great team members also! Cause there were 3 around when I was picking mine out. So each lady would say something about each charm when they didn’t have customers. Thank you Pandora for making my day!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The service was outstanding. The store was very clean and keep up.
