The sales associate helped me with what I needed. I brought in two charms that I wasn’t able to put on myself. She put on the charms for me and the safety chain that I needed and purchased in the store.

I appreciate Chloe being so patient and helpful. She helped us recognize the poor quality of the slide bracelet we have and suggested we get a real bracelet that closes instead of trying to buy clips and silicone to keep our bracelet bead from sliding. She went above and beyond and we hope to always have her help us with future purchases. Nice touch to give my daughter guitar picks to help her open the clip on her new bracelet.
