I've always had good customer service at this store. My husband never has an issue when he goes to get me a gift, the staff are always very nice and helpful. Katelyn was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything today.

My husband and I have purchased 3 bracelets and 20+ charms from this location in the last 18 months. It is the only store we will go to for purchases. The associates are always very helpful and remember us when we come into the store. They are very helpful in helping suggest charms. The store is also very organized and clean.
