Any time I come it's always a friendly atmosphere. The associate know there stuff when it comes to the products. The prices are always reasonable and good quality.

It was just great how they only allow a few people at a time in the store I loved that and the sales reps where super great and nice very helpful and eager to help .I would like to see more charms in rose gold .theirs not enough .but store was great from what I seen for my first time going .I really loved my rep and the others where super nice.

I was very/completely satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness along with complete product knowledge that Donna displayed to me both while waiting in line outside the store and when I was able to finalize my selection ,ultimately resulting ina very satisfying experience at what can be and very often is a grueling process during the holidays. Pandora should be very great full to have a motivated, qualified and professional leader forwarding the Pandora brand.
