Daniel, Chloe, and Donna were EXTREMELY helpful and resolving my issue! My friend purchased me a bracelet and charms for my birthday , however I already have a bracelet as well as some of the same charms. Daniel helped me look it up and exchange the charms for different ones. The remaining amount was placed on a gift card. A week later I mistakenly misplaced the gift card and was so upset with myself because there was still a good amount to purchase something else. I contacted Donna after speaking with corporate on the best way to go about replacing it and she helped me ! So my gift card didn’t go to waste ! I am so so happy !!

I came into Pandora because I had a couple of stones missing from my ring that was still under warranty. Maria G (no. 242219) helped immediately by replacing my ring and cleaning the other half for me! She also gave me great tips on keeping my jewelry looking brand new. I purchased the cleaning kit, and I will be back to buy more jewelry in the future. I’m so pleased with the exceptional service! THANK YOU!
