Blair was so sweet and really took her time and made sure I was happy with everything before I left the store. This was my first time learning about Pandora Blair was very knowledgeable and taught me the in's and outs that are important to know. The store was very busy but I never felt rushed or overwhelmed by it. The staff is so friendly and warm!

Product appearance & quality

After the on-line Pandora order was lost by Pandora & they no longer had my product to reship and would not honor Black Friday pricing on an alternate product, the local store took great care of me! Donna, the Manager was friendly & helpful. I'll shop at the local store now vs. online.

Salesgirl very helpful with assisting me what I wanted for my granddaughter I am somewhat hard of hearing and she spoke up for me when I told her. Wore her mask which I also did
