Fast and easy to make a purchase. Great sales associate she was very helpful. Product I wanted was in stock and I purchased additional items, I was expecting to buy.

Quality of jewelry is remarkably the name Pandora has been known for beautiful jewelry. Cost is a little expensive but again quality is remarkably. Staff at Greenville SC store was great.

The store was practicing safe distancing due to Covid. The wait was very short and I was called as soon as one of the sales people were ready. Hannah was very friendly and got my order ready by installing the charms onto the bracelet for me. She showed me how to open and on her suggestion I added the spacers to lock the charms into the bracelet. I will return to this store for some more charms when I get a chance after Christmas. I hope that Hannah will be there to help me the next time.

The associate that assisted us very knowledgeable of the item we were looking for. Help us with our choice also telling us of items that the store was limited in. Associate did not rush in our decision making but maneuvered in right direction.
