Fortunately, I got there early and it was not busy. Immediately, Donna asked if I was looking for something in particular, which I was. She showed me a few things and helped me in making my decision. I had a bead made from the ashes of my dad when he passed in May. I wanted a bracelet along with spacers to put it on. I love the end result!

My sales associate Donna was very nice. In fact, she was one of the nicest people I have met. She was very knowledgeable regarding the merchandise. It took some time for her to attend to me due to the store having several other customers but I was not disappointed.
