Melody was very friendly and educational since this was my 1st time going to a Pandora Store. She taught me about the different types of bracelets to help me make my decision.

Service was fast and efficient, my requests were easily accommodated and they were friendly.

The staff’s always warm and very friendly, always willing to help and very patient and knowledgeable of there merchandise nice atmosphere to shop in always.

Katelyn was the sales associate was amazing. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the jewelry and helped me choose what looked best. She was awesome!!!!

i was shopping for 3 nesting rings for 3 generations - grandmother, mother, daughter. Melody was helpful (showing me options), patient (we did not initially know ring sizes) and friendly (taking an interest in my 3 generation gift). She showed enthusiasm for my purchase.

Melody H#199247 just knew her stuff. My wife and me were on vacation and she had an email to get a new bracelet with a purchase. She had a bracelet with 17 charms on it that the kids and great grandkids had given her in May. She wanted a necklace to put three on. Melody was easy to work with, work on several layouts and worked it all out to the wife's satisfaction.

Melody is "the bomb!" She is very knowledgeable and very outgoing! Will definitely be back!
