I went in to exchange a bracelet that I ordered online for a smaller size. Keaira was very helpful and help me get fitted for the size I needed. She then told me about the promotion for the free bracelet with a $125 purchase and I received 2 free bracelets during my visit. I will definitely be returning. Everyone was so nice and professional.

Service was fast, the team worked together. She went right to what I asked for, another team member wrapped it up while she checked me out. I got a beautiful heart birthstone charm for my daughter’s birthday and she loves it.

I ordered my Fiancée a birthday gift on the 11th, but the system messed up and didn't process my order even though I received a confirmation. I reordered on the 16th with faster shipping (but it still wouldn't be delivered when I needed it) Then, on the 17th (my Fiancée's birthday is the 18th) I ordered an in store pickup for some other items and the system didn't send the order to the store. The women at the store were able to get everything together for me and ill be sending the online order back when it finally comes in. The system also showed some items that I bought were out of stock, but they weren't. I was extremely happy with the in store service, but very dissatisfied with the online system. In this day and age the online systems are crucial and it needs to be fixed.
