I needed a clip charm for my bracelet desperately after losing a bead in my car that took a half hour to find! In quickly searching online I saw the cutest Death Star clip charm and did not expect it to be in stock at my local store in Haywood Mall but it was! Melody helped my sister and I super quickly and efficiently. She explained how to use the clip charm and packaged both charms nicely. Another nice experience at the Haywood Mall store!
