Forgot my card at home sales associates were patient while waiting for me to get it from the online help.

Keira did an AMAZING job! The best associate I’ve ever had in a Pandora shop!! Everything about her was great on top of being a saleswomen. You cat teach that. So from the knowledge to the product ms she exceeded my expectations. On top of all that I told her I was having a problem with my chain and she was honest and did not hesitate to tell me the chain I was sold was not for my bracelet. She was very apologetic which I appreciate because it was not her fault. This needs to be a lesson to all associates knowledgeable about the product they are selling. The associate put my chain on so my question is why would they sell me a chain that does not fit my type of bracelet. I am glad Keira informed me on what I need to purchase so that I can keep my charms safe.

The merchandise was visible and neatly displayed and the sales person was quick to help me with my selection and was extremely nice to me

Been to other stores for the clip ons for my bracelet, but no one ever had them. This store was awesome.
