I bought some 50% discounted charms for $173...then with Hannahs beautiful persuasion to get them before they are gone, I bought another $156.00 worth charms for me & my daughter. Also she recommended to me the jewelry care kit cleaning solution and I bought that too.. ☺ She is my go-to sales person...Thanks again Hannah G for being a problem solver with my daughters ring whereas it was bought last Christmas and the stone had fallen out and you quickly went to the "book", researched and saw we were honest about dropping in before for a re-order of the ring and the purchase itself. Thanks for the taking the time to resolve our issue...Cant wait to see you again...My daughter had been in the store prior that day and placed in tears by another associate named "Donna" that wouldn't even take time to speak with her, just denied and dismissed her without even bothering to look in the "book"..
