I came in with my cousin and her friend and all three of us wanted completely different things but the sales person who helped us was very nice calm and helpful.

We received absolutely amazing customer service while in the store. My MIL had never shopped for a Pandora bracelet, but thought it was a good gift idea for her sister after seeing how pretty my own bracelet was. Donna was awesome and helped my MIL pick out the type of bracelet that would suit the giftee's tastes and lifestyles, and was instrumental in picking out charms, offering several different types that my MIL was pleased with. Donna also helped me pick out a ring, spacer and new charm for my own bracelet.

The sales people are very nice and very friendly and most helpful each and every time I visit the store, always.
