I was highly satisfied with pandora because the lady that helped us had very good communication skills, made sure we are getting what we wanted, and overall making sure that we are happy with our purchases.

Overall there was a large selection to choose from. The buy 2 get 1 free sale was a plus! I enjoyed the assistance, because I was not rushed in making my purchase.

The rep was very inviting and was patient with my indecisiveness. She also engaged me at each moment to make suggestions along the way.

I placed an order online and realized it was to small so I was told to exchange it at the nearest Pandora store. I took it there and the ladies was extremely nice and one of them took out so much time helping me find exactly what I needed and she even tried on the item for me because she was the size of my daughter and granddaughter.
