Catherine was very friendly and attentive my whole experience. I was not quite sure what I wanted and she was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable about all the items in the store to help me pick the best gift.

Had a problem with a ring I purchased at Christmas. The employee exchanged it with no problem. Super nice associates.

I was helped immediately upon arrival by a friendly female associate named Chris, she was warm and inviting and really took the time to understand my needs, exactly what I was looking for (a present for my mother in law) and she helped me find the perfect charm. I was so so happy with what she helped me find, she respected the price range I gave her and just in general made this such a wonderful experience as it was my first time in a Pandora store and I have had previously less than pleasant experiences with other non-Pandora jewelry store employees. I cannot say enough about how positive she made the experience and she is the reason that I will likely return to that store in the future rather than just purchasing online.

Loved Hallie and her bubbly personality. She was highly knowledgeable about items in stock. Hallie walked with me through the whole store gladly opening showcases and allowing me to try on items I liked with a wonderful disposition and was so courteous and helpful.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The salesperson, Kristin, was extremely helpful and had an amazing attitude. I was shopping for one ring and because of the amazing selections, I purchased three.
