The sales associate was a pleasure to work with. I didn’t know what I wanted so she showed me many choices. She knew her product. And she was very patient as I tried on bracelet after bracelet

First time ever being in the store the two ladies were extremely helpful I was in and out very quickly price’s were great also.

Salesperson was very friendly. She knew everything about what we were looking for. She was willing to help by putting all my charms on my new bracelet.

I visited the Pandora store approximately 8:35PM. The store closes at 9. Most of the the store employees are rushing you because it’s closing time. Not this store! They offered excellent customer service! Actually PHENOMENAL! She made sure I was highly satisfied. She showed me more than I asked for and made suggestions. Kudos to her and I really appreciated the entire customer service experience. Thank you so much!!!

My moms birthday is today, so my sister and I wrnt to pandora upon my moms request. I showed them what I wanted and they got exactly what I needed.

I liked the fact that charms could be changed out from necklace to bracelets.

As soon as I walked in I was completely welcomed. Everyone was wanting and willing to help me pick out the perfect charm for my bracelet.

They sales associate was very helpful, very nice, and very knowledgeable of what you had and what I was looking for.

Kristin (with an I) was my friendly sales associate who immediately greeted me as I walked in the door. She was so super friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all the many questions I had because it was my first visit to any Pandora. I am a new longtime customer now, thanks to how well Kristin treated me.

The sale associate was very kind very talkative and we did at one time live in the same place so she was easy to talk too
