Finally got the charm I came in for. Got my bracelet exchanged that I did not know was not right. Store was not busy.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience because right when I walked into the store the person working at that time asked me if I needed any help. Once I did need help she had the answer to all of my questions. There were also a variety of different charms for the charm bracelet that I got, so I had many difference choices.
