Originally my experience was bad with a previous rep. But Alyssa jumped in and I was very satisfied with her customer service. Overall I had a great experience.

Kristin was very pleasant sales associate. Very helpful and great personality we need more like her.

We walked in about 15 minutes prior to close . Sales associate Kristen took her time with us and did not make us feel rushed. Was able to pick out the perfect charm.

First-time buyer of Pandora. I went in with a specific bracelet in mind and after a few quick questions, she pulled out a tray, and in it lay the charms I never knew I'd fall in love with at first sight. She plucked out from the many charms and said try this one on if you don't love it we'll keep looking. Not love it??? Omg I was beyond love. The staff was so helpful, patient and friendly.
