I had issue with bracelet and manager changed it

I had a list of things that caught my eye while shopping online, but it's always different when you see them in person and that's what I was there to see. Zhadaa was great at helping me pick what charms on my list best suited my bracelet.

Kristin was such a sweetheart. I came in looking a little rough but treated me no differently. It didn’t feel like just a sale transaction with her. Definitely going back this weekend for the other bracelet she suggested.

Sales associate knew the merchandise very well. Most helpful. Answered all my questions.
