Sales associate was great and pointed us to what we where looking for. She was sweet, helpful and fast. Will come back for next major holiday

Store staff was very pleasant and helpful, selection wasn't great though. Wish there were more keepsake options like colleges, miss the glass bead fillers (silver) and states -for instance CA is big, don't want something that just pertains to San Francisco.

The store associate that worked with me during my visit was absolutely phenomenal. She was very friendly and personable. She was also patient as I tried on multiple rings and took time to consider which was the right choice for me. Didn't rush me at all!

The sales team was responsive to my needs and gave me options along with suggestions.

I purchased two charms and a third bracelet. Time was taken to arrange my charms. Very pleasant to talk to making me feel so welcome.

My girlfriend has been wanting a promise ring, we were in the area so we went to Pandora and got her sized up for one and we started looking at rings and she found one and I asked how much it was and it was a reasonable price to I jumped on it. It was the best decision I ever made my girlfriend loves it so much and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I ask the person working about what my mom preferred in her jewelry because I wanted to get her a birthday gift. And she got the perfect bracelet and my mom was so happy because of it too!

The service was very good even though they did not have the item I wanted.

The sales people at the store in Huntsville, Alabama were very nice and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the merchandise, and solved our problem of a broken clasp very quickly.
