I was greeted immediately when I walked into the store. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I gave the sales associate an idea of what I was looking for and she gave me several options to choose from. Whenever I had a question, the sales associate had an immediate response.

The staff was friendly and helpful with arranging my charms on my bracelet to balance it. They informed me that I needed the safety chain to keep from losing any charms. They also offered to clean my bracelet and charms.
