Went in only to purchase another spacer for my braclet and the assoicate (Alex) noticed my clasp is extremely loose, I told her the braclet has fallen off several times and I have lost it twice (luckily it was returned to me both times) and she tried and tried to repair it with not luck so she got approval from her manager to replace the entire braclet!! I am so pleased and thankful that they done that for me. I can now wear it all the time and not be afraid it will fall off! Great staff!!
