Sales associate was patient with my questions and did not rush me even though the store was busy

Always such quality. The salesperson was so kind, helpful and patient. My best friend and I was celebrating 50 years of friendship, since 3rd. grade. Savannah E No. 161400> was so excited for us and we purchased a matching bracelet and "best friend" charms of a heart that we split the two pieces on each bracelet and one more charm on my friends bracelet called love and guidance to represent her husband that she had lost to Cancer only 3 months ago. She was so touched she cried and the saleswoman, Savannah was kind enough to make pictures for us in the store showing our matching bracelet. It was quite a moving experience for us both and I plan on adding a charm to her bracelet for every occasion to a friend that as meant so much to me for 50 years. Thank you so much Pandora for many, many years of countless bracelets and charms for my love ones and myself. Looking forward to many years to come.

The store was clean and sterile in appearance. The assistance I received was adequate to start,by completion of transaction it was exemplary ! I would definitely recommend.
