My salesperson Kaitlin was AWESOME. We started the conversation yesterday and finished up the sale today.

Kaitlin was friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She listened to the needs and desires I expressed and work hard to fulfill them to the best possible within the availability of merchandise in the store.

The Associate was very helpful. Also patient because wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Beautiful store.

I was very satisfied with my visit because the store had all of the charms I was interested in looking at. Additionally, I liked the suggestions my sales associate made.

Shay (Zhadaa) was AMAZING! I had vowed to never return to Bridgestreet Huntsville location because of the lack of acknowledgement from the associates. Shay changed it all! She saved this location for me. I was willing to drive an hour and half out the way for better service.

I am satisfied because this was my first bracelet. Everyone was welcoming and nice. They helped me find things that were important to me.

The Bridge Street Huntsville AL staff were extra nice. I commented to the sales associate that the store temp was hot and she said it was always like that and it had been checked and was working. My only complaint was temp of the store

I went in shopping for my son’s girlfriend and not knowing what I was looking for. The sales associate quickly gave me options based on questions she asked me regarding style and overall look.

The items I purchased were wonderful. The sales clerk Savannah was friendly and extremely helpful!
