I was greeted like a dear friend when I walked in the door, even though it was only my 2nd visit to this store. The assistant manager, Kristen, recognized me from my last visit and took special time to make sure I was able to design my charm bracelet to get the perfect look I was wanting. Kristen was extra caring and patient for my whole visit. The customer service I received was above and beyond and was greatly appreciated.

It was pleasant trip with friendly service. Went in knowing what I wanted and the sale associate took me right to it!

McKenna was so very pleasant and made helpful suggestions while I was deciding. She offered to put my choice on hold so I could pick it up the next day. It was a gift and she carefully explained how it could be returned or exchanged if necessary. She was delightful and made the shopping experience easy and fun.

I have shopped in this store before and have always found the merchandise I was looking for. I was notified of the sale last weekend and drove 100 miles to buy 3 charms and 2 bracelets because there isn't a Pandora store near my home town. Kaitlin Tolbert, store manager, now has me in her index book so I will be notified of other pieces that come in that she knows I am especially interested in. That makes me a very satisfied customer! The two ladies that assisted me in exchanging my charm bracelet as a gift was super sweet and helpful! They were patient and very thorough in helping me to learn how a Pandora charm bracelet “works.” I was blessed by their customer service!

The sales staff were all very helpful and engaging. I had chosen the charms I wanted on the internet and according to the website the store had both charms, when I told them which ones I wanted they immediately got the charms and one wrapped them while the other completed my purchase. They answered my questions and were interested in why I was buying the specific charms but not intrusive.. (Graduation present for Alabama graduate)
