The sales associate was awesome and Kristen the store manager I guess was remarkable and knowledgeable. My return transaction was so smooth it made me stare in ore at how people and companies make your life worthy. I am new to Pandora... during the Christmas I purchase three items from your store and had a problem but this is the second time I had to come back for a problem. Kristen made this transaction a pleasant one that I will not forget. Thank you Kristen and the guy that helped. They knew the product and the customer service was incredible.

I called about concern with my brackets. She asked that I bring them in...whew! I'd been to the beach and she cleaned them. Gooid as new! She spoke to me regarding special care with storage. Always clean after exposure to beach environments. Then sold me the perfect charm for the bracelet. I started for my new daughter in law. Magen loved the charm "Love Makes a Family" dangle. I will definitely continue to purchase at our local store. Great customer service.

I had a broken piece on a safety chain and then another problem with my bracelet- Kaitlin and the manager were very accommodating and replaced what they could and I had to call the consumer affairs for the other as they did not have it in stock and that went well also. I have always received great service at the Bridge-street store - as a matter of fact all locations I have .
