They exchanged a bracelet for me. The one I had was way too big but I didn't have a receipt and wasn't sure when it was purchased. It was still in like new condition and the store manager agreed to the exchange (yay!!). The associate, Savannah, was super sweet and helpful! Thank you!!

The service was great. The only problem I had was the ring I originally wanted they did not have in my size, but that’s not their fault. Overall a great experience.
