Extremely efficient and knowledgeable associate. She understood exactly what I needed as I begin a pandora charm collection for my daughter. She showed us the tray with clips available as we described. They were on sale; I purchased two that my daughter preferred. I had found a charm at another store but they had no clips, so this visit was part of a Christmas gift. Associate readily added the charm bought from somewhere else along with the clips. Thank you for hiring associates who are courteous as well as proficient in their interaction with customers.
