Lisa was very knowledgeable of all the various bracelets & charms I was looking for. Lisa was very helpful in explaining & showing me the difference between the different bracelets. Lisa was very courteous the entire visit & I enjoyed talking to her. She is an awesome sales person/representative of Pandora.

Very impressed she took a picture of my bracelet before taking it back to be cleaned. She knew the right piece I need to go on my bracelet without trying to get me buy a more expensive one. She was friendly.
