The sales associate Whitney was very kind and patient while I shopped for my mom. We looked at a couple of things she would like and Whitney was very informative. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

This was my first time here or to any Pandora stores. The salesman was super nice and didn't mind bringing a whole bunch of stuff out to show me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I now love this place and will be back! Great store great help!

I had received misinformation regarding the Pandora credit card. I spoke with management by phone and they couldn't correct the misinformation but did provide great customer service and apologized for the mix up. I truly appreciated the effort made by this store. They had everything I wanted available. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

I was able to get individual attention immediately. I was shown the selection of items that would work for me and the associate worked with me to make sure I was correctly sized and satisfied!

The staff is great and very helpful, I bought my daughter's first ring ever (age 14) and the sales person was awesome helping us in finding a ring for her. Price was great Been there many times and i love all of my jewelry from there, wear it every day.
