I came looking for a specific bead I saw on line, I had 2 in mind but there was one I really wanted. the one I wanted was out of stock. I chose the other bead but another associate was able to find the bead I really wanted ( she found one). I was very pleased. when it is in my budget I look forward to returning for the other one
