I was truly impressed with the sales associates friendliness and overall customer service, and was completely impressed with the stock of items to be viewed and seen.

I had ordered a ring from Pandora estore and the ring was to small. I had been to a couple other Pandora stores and they told me that they could not do anything with something bought from the Estore. The Pandora associate Dakota at your Huntsville location at The bridge street mall assured me that I could exchange the item no problem. So our visit was very pleasant.

I LOVE my Pandora store at Bridge Street! The ladies are all so precious-and they all know my name, and greet me, cheerfully each visit. I choose to drive to the store rather than purchase at other locations because the staff is so very special!

The sales rep was phanominal, she was very helpful with asking for opinions on colors and shapes for the stones. When I picked out the ring I wanted it was not available in store in my size, she was very quick to offer to have it shipped to me. She also pulled out options similar to the ring I liked. I left with a beautiful ring that day
