I got the Pandora as a Christmas present and I love it. I was able to pick out the charms that I wanted. The staff were nice and friendly. They were helpful when making my choices. I was not rushed or pushed to buy something I did not want. Time to add to my bracelet.

The sales associate made some interesting suggestions that ended up being the right fit for my needs.

The employees were very nice and highly educated on the merchandise in the store. She waited on me and anything I needed she got for me. I purchased a ring and earrings from Pandora and I will definitely be back.

When I arrived there were 2 sales people both attending to customers at the counter and I was the second customer to arrive and need to wait to be served. One sales person finished her sale and took the customer ahead of me and then she attended to me. The other sales person was attending to 2 women who literally wanted to see everything in each case. I was in the store a total of 30 minutes, with 25 of those waiting. It would have been so nice if on a federal holiday the store manager might have anticipated more sales traffic and provided another sales rep to wait on customers. As always, when I was served, it was excellent, courteous and professional service. Both of us who waited, were offered an apology for our wait time.

I have always had excellent service, advice, and help from Dakota at this store. He has helped me in figuring out the best options for my girlfriend, who has been ecstatic with my choices so far.

Each member of the team was readily available. After talking to the ladies I found out that they were in the middle of a rush when I walked through the door and everything was still spotless.
