Help not enough had to wait

This store was nice and the reps were eager to help after they finished. They were helpful. The only thing with this store was stock, they didn’t have as much of what I was looking for which is why I had to go to another one or go online. First time pandora-sit!

Overall the experience was ok. I was not satisfied with the fact that my exchange of a bracelet for a bigger size made me have to pay the difference of the bracelet bc when I first bought it bc it was on sale.. so now I’ve paid the full price for the exact bracelet. Just doesn’t seem right.

A few of the charms I was looking for were not available other than that pandora is my favorite store

The store was amazing. The selection was wonderful. The assistance was not great, the associate didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work that day. She was polite and gave me options.

There were some rings that were not available in the colors or sizes I would have liked. I wish you had smaller sizes for kids in bracelets.

The Pandora store, here, does not have much of a variety to choose from. I feel there should be more categories to choose from to meet peoples' tastes. Also, the sales associate was extremely nice, but seemed to be a little confused on what items the store had.

I had a great experience at the store and will come back to the store to purchase more jewelry.

I have know complaints. Nothing made me excited. There were no sales.
