Was just an okay experience. Employees were nice enough. Didn’t seem like they really wanted to show me anything is was more of me just telling them what I wanted. No real suggestions just yes or no questions. Just wasnt that impressed

The sales associate was aloof and could not open the clasp of the bracelets and asked us to. Very poor knowledge of what products were available and got help from another associate to look at the wall and that’s when they found some clips for me that worked. She’s either very new or not well trained. Sweet girl, but there’s a level of professionalism that she can demonstrate even in not having all of the knowledge of his to help collectors.

The store was extremely warm on top of wearing a mask made it uncomfortable . The associate was very helpful an friendly , sometimes it can be overbearing .

I wasn't highly satisfied because there weren't many choices due to low inventory. Overall, my shopping experience was excellent because although they had limited items the sales rep (Zhadaa) did her best to accommodate my shopping experience by showing the options they had.
