While I was satisfied with the pandora experience, being highly satisfied is not a way that I would normally refer to a purchase in a store. I have trouble seeing the charms details as my eyesight is not what it used to be this is not the stores fault and maybe I should bring a magnifying glass. I have purchased 8 bracelets and trying to pick out charms that reflect each granddaughters personality is tough. I asked for a book and was told they were out at this time. I would have liked to look at home through the book with a magnifier but as stated there were not any.

They did not have the charm that I really wanted and several others that I wanted to see... Also, my safety chain is failing--not working and they were out of those too.She recommended that I contact corporate.

When I first came in the Store the representative was assisting another customer, and that customer was not sure on exactly what they want so I had to wait for about 15 minutes then another representative came from the back and helped me.

My past experiences at my home store has always been great, until trying to phone the store on 12/16/2018 off and on for almost 4 hours. Finally got someone to answer around 6:45 pm and they close on Sunday at 7:00 pm. The lady was very apologetic, but with 20 plus workers no one could find the time to answer phone. I find that more than unprofessional, especially when I was calling to check availability of an item that was out of stock online. Being 30 miles from the store yes that was an inconvenience. I mean answer the phone and place me on hold until someone is available, don't just let the phone ring and ring.

It was brought to my attention a charm a charm that my wife has been wanting for quite a while, is not even sent to our home store ever. On the other hand it is made available at a few Pandora stores in particularly smaller cities. Nothing to stop us from returning to the Pandora store, just a big let down..

1st time customer was under the impression I would get a discount. I guess I should have read the small print 😀
