I've shopped at other locations where the salesperson actively had ideas on balancing the bracelet. Not so much st this location but the employee may have been new.

I purchased two different clips. upon leaving, I saw I had been given two of the same clip. I live an hour away from my store, so it's frustrating to have to drive back to get it corrected.

The sales lady ignored me from the minute I walked in. She then helped another person when I was clearly there first That person was having a hard time deciding so I asked if she could show me a bracelet right in front of her. She told me she could only help one person at a time. I told her I was actually there first. She continued to ignore me. I waited 20 min. I should have left. I wanted the bracelet for my birthday. I should have left. She never apologized I waited gif another sales person to finished a transaction. I won’t be buying there again. Not good customer service. Very disappointed

The salesgirl asked if I wanted help. I told her I was just browsing. She kept hounding me. I felt guilty for walking into the store & made a purchase out of feeling guilty!
