My bracelet wasn't cleaned as well as past visits.

The selection of bracelets in styles and sizes were low.

I've shopped at other locations where the salesperson actively had ideas on balancing the bracelet. Not so much st this location but the employee may have been new.

I waited 25 minutes. Needed a birthday present for that night, or I would have left.

I answered "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied". I did not say that I was not satisfied.

I purchased two different clips. upon leaving, I saw I had been given two of the same clip. I live an hour away from my store, so it's frustrating to have to drive back to get it corrected.

The sales lady ignored me from the minute I walked in. She then helped another person when I was clearly there first That person was having a hard time deciding so I asked if she could show me a bracelet right in front of her. She told me she could only help one person at a time. I told her I was actually there first. She continued to ignore me. I waited 20 min. I should have left. I wanted the bracelet for my birthday. I should have left. She never apologized I waited gif another sales person to finished a transaction. I won’t be buying there again. Not good customer service. Very disappointed

Store and product are wonderful!!! Unfriendly Saleswoman,boring, stuck up, doesn't know how to work with the public.

I was in the store waiting to be serviced and was over look by the next associate. I informed her that we were next.

The salesgirl asked if I wanted help. I told her I was just browsing. She kept hounding me. I felt guilty for walking into the store & made a purchase out of feeling guilty!
