A charm that I purchased 5 months ago broke and I was charged a price difference to have it exchanged

There was hardly any charms available. It’s May and they didn’t even have any green charms and the month just started. This store lack getting charms in. I use to go almost every week just to see if anything was new and they never have anything available.

I understand there was a wait, person at door puts my name in went thru her sales promo speal but there was no where in the store to stand comfortably I was with my handicapped son and knew he would be more comfortable on a bench right outside the store. Well when we walked out that took me off the list to be waited on! I just think there should have been some communication on her part at the door to tell us that!

The sales associate barely spoke to me. She offered no options when I ask repeatedly to see charms with bling on them. She just shuffled trays around. Not friendly AT ALL.

The sales associate wasn't very helpful in helping me choose pieces. Only showed me 2 charms, seemed disinterested in helping me and my husband.

The assistant manager was the one to greet me when I first walked in the store and she just wasn’t very helpful and she rushed then the store got crowded and she walked from helping us to control the door and never returned. Another associate helped me with my purchase

Upon entering the store no one acknowledged me being there. I notice the assistant store manager walking around passed me a few times went to the back after about 5 minutes. She returned from the back and proceeded to help a couple that entered the store after me then I guess she realized I was there before and decided to help. I honestly don’t feel like she wanted to help me at all.

Very slim picking, they did not a lot of charms for the bracelet, it was Mother's day weekend for goodness sake!!
