This is the third visit to this location. I have been to New Zealand and Australia and had outstanding service. I never have good service at this location. The sales associate was not attentive and finally said, “I didn’t know you needed help”. We were standing with items on the counter. She did not apologize and exhibit a customer friendly attitude. I met the criteria for a free gift and she told me I did not have to take it. She knew it did not fit my arm but offered no assistance to get a replacement. They act as if they do not value their customers. I have woken in the past to a supervisor who was nice but did not deliver. I only go to this location as a last resort.

Associate was confused and provided incorrect information pertaining to pricing of the sale item I was about to purchase. Also, this was a gift and I learned that NO LONGER do the associates individually wrap the boxes. This was always a highlight of my receiving a Pandora gift.

I was not given the braclet that was on sale and when I called back to get it I was given the run around and told I had to pick up, unwrap and bring all my charms back to get the free braclet. I spent $400 and spend roughly 400-500 per year and not too sure if I will continue

I went to my local store to do an exchange from an online purchase. I called ahead and was assured that what I needed was there. When I got there it was a fiasco. The girls in the store had no idea what they were doing. I had to look up what I wanted online for them. They ran my return through twice…WRONG. So when they found the right thing I was unable to get the rate returned because they had already done it twice and told me that since it had been ran through twice I now could not get the correct bracelet. I now have to call an 800 number on Monday. I now have a bracelet and charms worth hundreds of dollars that I cannot wear. I am extremely upset. This is their mistake not mine. By the time this is all figured out the one bracelet they have that fits me will be gone and I will be stuck having to use connectors which I do not want. Every sales person and management on Night Shift at the bridge Street in Huntsville, Alabama Store should be reevaluated. I’ve been going there for years and it’s only getting worse. That’s why I only shop online, but I had to go there to get the right size bracelet. Online didn’t have it.

My sister bought a ring for my birthday a few days ago and it did not fit well. I tried to exchange it for a better fit and the employee wouldn’t me because it looked “worn”

The 1st sales associate was very unfriendly. She acted like she did not want to show us the charms for the bracelets. Instead she gave a Pandora book and said the charms are in there. When we asked to view the charms in the book, the charms were not in stock. The 2nd sales associate took a little more time by showing trays to give us a little variety to see what was in the store. My sister was so unpleased she did not make a purchase at all and said she will probably not visit this store any more.

There was NOTHING I was dissatisfied with.
