My salesclerk was rude and unhelpful. I asked to see the sale rings and she showed me a book, I said I wanted to see them in person and she said I had to find them in the rings they were not in one location. I said show me the rings, what she showed me had NO SALE RINGS so she said there were none and this was the first day of the sale! I knew my friends had just bought some of the sale rings. Finally she was shown where the sale rings were after wasting 20 min of my time and I told her I had been ready to walk out of the store because she said there were no sale rings. She was rude, blamed me like I did not tell her what I wanted and was unknowledgable and unhelpful, I will never return to this store if she is inside. The other sales people apologized profusely for how I was treated and they are the only reason I would return because I know the overall store is nice but Tamekia must go or be taught customer service and taught knowledge of her product. Don't argue with the customer and show them what they ask to see! My experience was so bad my friend was going to buy but said she would come back as she would not buy from this person. I left angry and frustrated.

Was not greeted within s a special trip of one hour to get there.. finally got assistance. She was not friendly at all. Finally got through that and my promotional bracelets were wrong sizes of the 2 of 4 i bought. Then wanted to exchange them and this was a hassle. After 4 one hour trips my business on returning items is still not finished. I feel pandora is literally holding my money hostage and i feel Pandora is very greedy. It’s a stuck up brand and i have had the most horrible shopping experience with the branch at bridge street. Furthermore, i am a huge shopper and i have never experienced such bad customer service and horrible customer satisfaction i have ever had to deal with.

Keistlyn just looked at us when we came in. Had to wait to see if she could come over. Very cold and short. Didnt give any details didnt suggest any other items. Didnt help try on the bracelet. Didnt say anything about the survey.

Had recipt, was told debit card purchase would take 7 to 14 days for my money to be returned. Absolutely no reason for this kind of delay.

I went on the first day of a sale, early in the day. Most of the larger size rings were sold and not replenished. I had picked out a few hundred dollars in rings that I wanted, but was informed that since I do not prefer to have a pandora credit card that those people got first choice a day earlier and merchandise had not been replenished. I always go in with a list to make it easy and fast. Their system showed one ring in. Y size available that I wanted to purchase. Most employees looked everywhere, including me, searching glass cases on walls for it. No one ever found it, I had to purchase a smaller one and wait and drive 60 miles round trip to go pick it up. All the time a woman with a seriously unfriendly look on her face walked around and felt like I was being glared at for taking up too much time. I found out later that she was a regional manager. I spend multiple thousands in this store every year and all employees know me. I don't expect special treatment, just friendly associates. The regional manager isn't setting a very good example. The following day, I was across the street, stopped in and had another incident. I did mulpurchases, will explain that the next survey.
