The sales personal was very polite. They were very helpful in helping me find my charm for my daughter who has lupus . I was looking for something purple and they continued to help look for it and we found a beautiful purple butterfly.

Everything was easy and smooth normally i dont like to go to the mall but thay make everything easy for me even with the selection or the conversation during the process.

This is the first Pandora bracelet I have owned. Christian the salesman was extremely informative and patient with me. Unfortunately many of the charms I wanted were out of stock. He suggested a few others and how to arrange them on the bracelet. I really appreciated the information and education; as a first time purchaser I found it a bit overwhelming. I am looking forward to adding many more charms.
