I had an amazing experience with Hanna at the Coral Springs location. She was very attentive. She listened to all my requested and went above and beyond to find the last Harry Potter bangle the store had for my mother’s birthday gift. She even went through the ring trays to find a specific ring I was looking for in mine size, since the ring was misplaced. So thank you so much Hanna I will be coming back to her to buy more things.

I had purchased a bracelet for the first time a few weeks back and it was a bit tight so I went to get a bigger size, right away I was helped and was able to get a better fit. When I was doing my exchanged I was treated fair and they did everything in there power to help as my exchange was a bit difficult since I had bought the bracelet when they had a promotion.
