Huda was so patient and calm with me. I couldn’t decide on what to get, but she was so knowledgeable and gave suggestions and I ended up buying two stackable bracelets and the cleaning kit. I am so pleased with my new purchase. Thank you Huda!

Haven's personality was very enthusiastic. The store was just closing, and I arrived basically the minute before closing time, and Haven still took the time to help me pick out a beautiful necklace and charm for my girlfriends birthday (which was the next day lol). She took the time to ask me about what my girlfriend likes, and asked all the right questions. There aren't many associates in any retail setting that provide the time, care, listening, and recommendations that Haven has. Pandora needs to consider her now, or in the near future, to be promoted into a higher role. She's the reason id come back to that specific Pandora store. Thank you Haven. My girlfriend loved the necklace and charm.

Haven was amazing

I visited this store in the beginning of December 2019 looking to buy my self a Christmas gift and left with nothing. I received a bracelet as a birthday gift in March and I wasn't sure what charms i would like being that i am a little picky and i want to make sure that I would always love my selection. Sales associates Julian was EXCELLENT in putting my bracelet together. I went in with the intentions of purchasing just 1 charm and walked out with 3 charms and 2 clips spending almost $300. Me and my best friend was VERY impressed with his friendliness his knowledge and his quickness. He asked what I was looking for and I told him hearts and flowers and I got exactly that. My best friend also has a bracelet and will be returning so that Julian can select her charms as well. This was a turn around experience for me. I walked out of this store just 7 months ago so disappointed with the previous sales associates not understanding what i liked but instead showing me what they liked. The store manager I believe Kaitlyn was excellent and atentative in hearing our review of store associate Julian. I would recommend this store to anyone now but only to Julian. Thank you

As I joined the line at the store front we were quickly greeted my a store associate; she offered to help us and gave us an expectation of when we would be allowed into the store which was great. The associate who came to see us was a worm and knowledge young man who offered to show in store and catalog samples of what I was looking for. He also offered me an opportunity to get a discount and also solutions to clean my purchase. My experience was very good.
