My Pandora associate was ready and waiting to assist me with my requests. She was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She located my initial request immediately, and then was able to find my additional interests as well. Would love to find this kind of response in all the stores when I shop. It makes shopping very pleasurable. I thank her for her assistance, and hope to be able to be served by her again.

Bianca, my sales associate was extremely helpful, funny and knowledgeable about your merchandise. Although I was indecisive on which items to purchase that was within my budget, she made the decision a lot easier. If I had to rate her on a 1-10 scale, she would receive a 14 because she went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a pleasure. My nephew & I enJOYed her.
