My sales associate was amazing. She was very courteous and offered me other services while I was waiting to get my jewelry cleaned. I ended up browsing some charms and found the one I really wanted and purchased it.

From the time I entered the store, the sales associate was very welcoming and helpful. The storw was very clean and sanitized. The jewelry was easy to shoq in the cases and they had hand sanitizer available.

The sales Rep. Brianna was very engaging and she was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. She was also very pleasant and represented the company extremely well. Very rare to find good customer service these days.
