Pandora Jewelry

The store was very busy as they were having a pre valentines day sale. Someone came to assist us however and told us that the next available associate would be with us shorty. He also gave us a bit of an overview of the products and current promotions. We were helped by Jude who was very knowledgeable of the product and had a lot of patience with us, as it was my husband's and my first experience at a Pandora store, and we had countless questions. She was able to provide all of the information that we needed and got us started with my first Pandora bracelet. We also received two interlocking hearts charms free with the promotion. Overall very satisfied.

Every time I’m at pandora I get the best customer service.

Very inviting store with very helpful staff. They are all very friendly and attentive. Picking something out was a breeze. I do think the cost of the items are a bit to expensive especially the charms I would be much more frequently if it wasnt as expensive

The Sales associate was very bubbly and helpful. I was looking for a certain charm for my daughter, which was there, and that made me smile.
